International Mission Conference Reignites Fire for Evangelism

SAN FRANCISCO - From June 15-17 in San Francisco, leaders from across the world convened for an international mission conference which focused on the theme of evangelism.
Each heart was reignited with the passion to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to those who are in earnest search of the truth.
"I was very touched to hear that love means delivering the truth," said John Chae from New York.
"I was told that ministering is testifying to the love and grace that I have received. Every single day, I would like to testify about his love. My heart is, trembling at this moment as I think about many people who will be evangelized and participate in building the Kingdom of God."
Julia Martinez from Seattle also expressed her heart for evangelism that was revived at the conference.
"After listening to the seminars I could feel that all of us should love evangelism. I became somewhat tensed about this with a wish for God to give me the strength and vision to fulfill my responsibility with faith, hope and love for the children of God that are waiting for salvation. I want to believe absolutely in the promise of God and work with the Lord for this purpose," said Julia.
In Hebrews 11:11, it says, "By faith Abraham, even though he was past age--and Sarah herself was barren--was enabled to become a father because he considered him faithful who had made the promise."
Even though Abraham was past age and Sarah was barren, they were able to bear a child by having faith in the promise of God. Likewise, if one believes in God's promise as Abraham did, he could surely win many souls back to Christ.
Nearly at the midpoint of 2007, ACM exhorts all members to exert all their efforts into evangelism -- to reach out to as many as 100 people a day. As the target number of people one speaks to increases, there is a greater chance of meeting those who respond in humbleness and surrender to the precious calling of God.
Entrusting everything to God, ACM wishes to testify diligently to the love and grace of God and breathe new hope into the lives of hundreds and thousands that are longing for the truth in this world.
